Melbourne Property Advisory accepts instruction from individuals and from professionals (including accountants, lawyers and trustees), and can act as a jointly instructed and unbiased adviser in the event of dispute resolution.

 

We can be engaged in two ways: on a fixed fee (our preferred engagement), or through a commission-share arrangement with the selling agent. Either way, we work for you, not the transaction, and our fee is disclosed in writing before we start.
