Valuations

From time to time, our clients need independent assessments of their property’s value. For a number of reasons, these assessments are often required by legislation or professional guidelines to take the form of a market valuation undertaken by a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV).


Valuations undertaken by Melbourne Property Advisory meet relevant practice standards as specified by the International Valuation Standards Council and the Australian Property Institute, and our clients can be assured that the report is independent and accurate.
